At The Antiqued Mirror Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If your mirror doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the mirror in its original timber crate and protective foam to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  We will arrange a specialized fragile-goods courier to collect the item from your property at a time that fits your schedule.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
